   Dies Result Of Accident
   Robert Charles Mills of this place died in Guelph Memorial Hospital early Thursday morning, June 16, 1966, as the result of a motor accident, which had occurred a short time earlier on Highway 24, west of Erin. He was in his 18th year. Bob was employed as an apprentice in an auto body shop at Erin for the past two years.
   The car left the road on a curve during a rainstorm and struck a stump, badly demolishing the car and throwing a passenger, Gordon O'Connor of Erin, through the windshield. The young man, who was removed to Guelph Memorial Hospital, is reported improving.
   Bob Mills was a son of John Emerson Mills of Dundalk and the former May Bestward of Markdale, and was born at Markdale, July 6, 1948. He resided at Markdale and Walkerton before coming eleven years ago to Dundalk, where he attended public school.
   Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister and a brother; Margaret, Mrs. Douglas McLaren, of Corbetton district, Melancthon Tp., and Wayne, at home. He was predeceased by an infant brother, James, at Markdale.
   The funeral was held on Saturday, June 18, from the McMillan Funeral Home to Dundalk Cemetery. The services were in charge of Rev. J.W. Hofland of St. James' Anglican Church, who preached a comforting sermon.
   The pall-bearers were Jim Harkness and David Harrison, Priceville; Dennis Terry and Donald McLean, Dundalk; Tom Lovel and Jim Brennan, Erin.
   Serving as flower-bearers were David White, Priceville; Wayne cudmore, Toronto; David Edwards, Brampton; Brian Pressick, Milford Colgan and Dennis French, Dundalk.
