    David and Keziah were married on August 31st, either in 1817 or 1818. David’s request for his pension from serving in the War of 1812 stated that they married in 1818. But when Keziah applied for the widows pension years later she said they were married in 1817.

    She also says they were married by John Cole in Springwater, New York.
