    Date of birth from the Baptismal Register of St. Mark's. Orangeville;
    son of George & Elizabeth 'Collagin' of Amaranth.

    The Baptisms of St. Mark's Anglican, Orangeville, also show that a George Culgin, son of George & Elizabeth, was born Oct. 8, 1862 and baptized Feb. 8, 1863. It is assumed that this child died sometime before his brother, also named George, was born in Jan. 1865. However, no death or burial records have been found for this child.
